Join a fast-growing international B2B events business! We’re looking for an ambitious and creative Conference Producer with a passion for market research, content development, and speaker acquisition to drive the success of high-profile content-led global conferences.

What You’ll Do as Conference Producer:

• Market Research & Content Strategy - Identify key industry trends, hot topics, and emerging solutions through in-depth research and stakeholder engagement.
• Agenda & Speaker Development - Build cutting-edge conference programmes and secure top-tier speakers.
• Commercial & Sponsorship Strategy - Work closely with sales to identify sponsorship opportunities and drive event revenue growth.
• VIP & Audience Engagement - Develop strategies to attract high-profile attendees and enhance event networking.
• Travel to attend your events and support onsite, plus attend industry events.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in B2B conference production with strong commercial acumen.
• Ability to manage multiple events and work collaboratively with marketing & sales teams.
• Confident communicator with a network of senior executives & industry leaders.
• A creative professional who can bring ideas to the table.
• A producer who can work autonomously and thrive in a forward thinking and relationships led business.
• A confident team player who is happy to support the wider team when needed.
• Able to travel to attend overseas events
