We’re looking for a creative, commercially minded, and ambitious Conference Producer to research cutting-edge topics, build impactful agendas, and secure senior-level speakers for industry-leading events.

This Conference Producer job is perfect for someone with up to 1 year of experience in commercial conference production looking to fast-track their career.

As a Conference Producer in this organisation, you will be:

• Researching markets and trends to identify timely, high-value content themes and opportunities

• Creating compelling agendas that attract senior-level audiences and align with industry priorities

• Securing influential speakers, thought leaders, and decision-makers to feature at your events

• Collaborating with commercial teams to identify sponsorship opportunities and contribute to event revenue

• Driving delegate engagement by understanding audience needs and shaping networking experiences

• Attending events internationally to deliver and support your conferences onsite

• Experience in B2B conference production

• Strong research skills and the ability to quickly understand new markets and industries

• A commercially aware mindset, you know how content drives value

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• A self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative team

• Confident working with senior stakeholders and excited by international travel
