LT Selection is proud to be recruiting on behalf of Standguide, a purpose-led employability organisation expanding its Connect to Work service across Lincolnshire.

The opportunity

This is a hands-on people-leadership role for a manager who understands that strong performance is built through clear expectations, supportive coaching and a genuine commitment to participant outcomes.

You will lead a team of IPS Employment Specialists, creating the conditions for them to deliver high-quality, person-centred support while meeting caseload, employment and contractual targets.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead, coach and support a team of IPS Employment Specialists across Lincolnshire.


• Set clear expectations and drive participant outcomes, caseload performance and sustained-employment results.


• Use management information and KPIs to recognise success, address risks and implement improvement actions.


• Maintain high standards of IPS fidelity, quality assurance, compliance and record keeping.


• Manage supervision, appraisals, workload allocation, wellbeing and professional development.


• Build effective operational relationships with health, local-authority, employer and community partners.


• Ensure safeguarding, equality, health and safety and contractual requirements are consistently met.

What we’re looking for

• Experience leading a target-driven team within employability, health, supported employment or public services.


• A supportive, accountable and person-focused leadership style.


• Strong performance-management, coaching and data-analysis skills.


• The ability to improve delivery while maintaining quality, compliance and team engagement.


• Knowledge of IPS or supported-employment delivery is highly desirable.


• The flexibility to travel across Lincolnshire.
