This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team where you'll play a key role in supporting customers through their journey, building strong relationships, and ensuring every interaction is handled professionally.

What you'll be doing:

Providing updates and guidance throughout the connections process.
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Managing customer information accurately using internal systems.
Resolving queries and escalating issues where required.
Delivering a high standard of customer service on every interaction.What we're looking for:

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
