Pay and Benefits: ( Note that this role comes with a shift allowance of £3500 per annum)
Salary range £24000-£26000 per annum with bonus DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (Onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day of your choosing) Comprehensive health and life insurance and well-being benefits Pension Paid Time Off and Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
The impact you will have in this role :
Being a member of the Client Connectivity team the Connectivity Client Service Analyst works with DTCC clients in providing an integrated, fast, secure, and cost-effective set of transfer options that are available to all lines of business when there is a need to transfer data to or receive data from external customers and vendors. You will partner with lines of the business to select transfer methods tailored to meet their business requirements and securely exchange data, following corporate and industry standards. You will execute routine and complex transactions with minimal supervision referring the most complex and risk related transactions to management.
Your Primary Responsibilities :
Provide professional phone support for clients for DTCC within the Connectivity, Activation and Product Support (CAPS) are. Resolve customer problems with little or no supervision Work closely with both business contacts and clients to successfully setup critical file transmissions in an accurate manner Required to work in a number of different environments including Linux/Unix and IBM Mainframe, utilizing various managed file transfer middleware infrastructure systems Demonstrate excellent organizational and workload management skills and must excel in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed For Success:
Minimum of 2 years of related experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Good time management and organizational skills Independently support and manage clients Basic knowledge of the following protocols: SSH, SSL, IBM MQ Messaging, Connect: Direct – Network Data Mover (NDM) would be advantageous
