Job Description - Conservatory & Building Manager

Conservatory & Building Manager

TWC Home Group | Wiltshire-based
£50,000 per year | Full-time

A growing business. A busy project pipeline. A role where no two days are the same.

TWC Home Group is looking for an experienced Conservatory & Building Manager to lead our roofing teams and builders across TWC Home Improvements and Permaframe.

With sales growing year on year and the group on course for £25 million in sales this year, there’s plenty happening — and plenty of opportunity to make your mark.

From conservatory installations and warm roof replacements to associated building works, you’ll manage a varied mix of projects in a fast-paced environment. We need someone who enjoys being involved, keeps teams moving and takes pride in delivering excellent work.

The role is Wiltshire-based, where most of our projects are located, with responsibility for teams and installations across both businesses.

The role

You’ll be the main point of leadership for our roofing teams and builders, taking responsibility for day-to-day planning, progress and standards across multiple projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading roofing teams and builders, giving clear direction and practical support.
Planning schedules, allocating teams and coordinating materials.
Managing projects from preparation through to completion and handover.
Visiting sites to check progress, workmanship and safe working practices.
Solving problems as they arise and keeping projects on track.
Keeping customers and colleagues informed throughout the work.
Organising remedial work and making sure outstanding jobs are completed properly.
Essential experience & skills

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

Strong working knowledge of warm roof systems and Ultraframe products.
Experience managing conservatory installations, roofing or building projects.
Proven experience leading roofing teams and builders.
A practical understanding of construction methods and installation standards.
Strong organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
The ability to manage several projects and adapt when priorities change.
A hands-on approach, taking ownership and maintaining high standards.
A full UK driving licence to travel between sites.
What you can expect

£50,000 annual salary.
A full-time management role within a growing home improvement group.
A busy pipeline of varied projects across two established brands.
The opportunity to shape how our teams work and make a visible difference.
A fast-paced working environment with plenty to get stuck into.
Working hours will vary according to company needs and project requirements.

Ready to take the lead? Send your CV and a brief summary of your relevant experience — we’d love to hear from you.
