St David Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading infrastructure organisation for an experienced Construction Administrator to join their busy Highways team based in Tiverton.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator to support a major infrastructure project. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong Excel skills and enjoy keeping projects running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.

As Construction Administrator, you will:

* Provide administrative support to the commercial and operational teams

* Process client applications and maintain accurate project records

* Enter and update data within commercial management systems

* Monitor and maintain project trackers and data schedules

* Liaise with site teams to obtain outstanding information and documentation

* Identify and resolve data discrepancies

* Support project compliance and governance requirements

* Assist with a variety of general administrative duties as required

Our client requires a Construction Administrator with:

* Previous administration experience, ideally within construction, infrastructure or engineering

* Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

* The ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines

* Confidence learning new systems and processes

* Experience using finance, purchasing or commercial management systems would be advantageous

Salary & Benefits:
