This company is seeking a Construction Bookkeeper to manage financial records, support project accounting, and ensure accurate reporting across a busy modular multifamily portfolio.

The Role:

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting for construction projects.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and payroll processing.
• Support project teams with job costing, budgets, and reporting.
• Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with company standards.
• Work closely with leadership to provide financial insight and support.

The Person:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Familiarity with construction accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Procore, or similar).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
