Construction Business Development Manager

I am currently working with a client in the construction sector, who are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager. My client have been established now for 3 years, and looking to expand the team.

Within this role you will be working with temporary staff, finding them for the construction industry, providing labour staff on site.

Salary - £45,000-£55,000 (commission structure in place)

Location - Worcester, office based before probation, hybrid working after that

You will be focusing on bringing on construction clients, with temporary staffing requirements, with the team already having a resourcing team finding candidates (so their is no sourcing involved in this role)
