What you'll do:

As a Construction Buyer, you will be at the heart of procurement, managing end-to-end tender processes, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with both internal teams and external suppliers. • Influence product and service specifications by considering commercial aspects such as operational risk, economies of scale, efficiency improvements, and innovative solutions.
• Act as a trusted point of reference for colleagues regarding procurement processes and best practices, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Negotiate effectively with suppliers to secure optimal value on pricing, resolve performance issues, and manage contract extensions in line with organisational goals.
