Construction Cleaning Supervisors (Croydon)

What you'll
be doing 

• Complete
  all cleaning tasks to a high standard within set timeframes
  
• Team
  leadership, supervise and lead a team of workers, ensuring that they are
  trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively
  
• Implement
  and enforce safety procedures in accordance with HS2 standards and regulations,
  ensuring the well -being of all team members
  
• Coordinate
  and oversee day to day activities on site, ensuring that work is conducted
  efficiently and according to project schedules
  
• ​Monitor
  work quality, materials usage, and adhere to project specifications in line
  with HS2 requirements
  Act
  has a liaison between management, contractors, and other relevant
  
  

Requirements

• Must
  hold a valid CSCS card and extra certifications
  
• Must
  be able to provide references from previous employer
  
• Proven
  experience as a site supervisor in the construction/cleaning industry
  
• Strong
  leadership and communication skills
  
• Valid
  ID/Passport
  
• ​Strong
  knowledge of health & safety regulations
