Are you a Construction Director who thrives on exceeding targets, outperforming expectations, and delivering when it matters most?

When you commit to a program date, you deliver it.

Working alongside an experienced Project Director leading the client and stakeholder relationships, your focus will be driving production, removing barriers, and leading the teams that make the project happen.

You'll understand the realities of complex construction.

Critical path, sequencing, logistics, interfaces, productivity and risk are second nature. You know how to keep momentum on site and have the experience to recover programs when challenges arise.

We're looking for someone who has delivered £100M+ building projects for a recognized Main Contractor and understands the pace, coordination and technical demands of industrial, technology or highly serviced construction projects.

This role demands decisive leadership, emotional intelligence and the ability to build high-performing teams while maintaining accountability throughout the supply chain.

The Package

* Basic salary: £150,000–£175,000

* Fully expensed weekday accommodation

* 10% Car Allowance plus business fuel

* Performance Bonus: 20–25% of annual salary
