This role is ideal for someone who loves working with young people, enjoys practical teaching, and can bring creativity and flexibility to the learning environment. You’ll help learners develop skills in bricklaying, joinery, painting, and a range of other construction disciplines, adapting sessions to make them inclusive, engaging, and innovative. What Makes This Learning Environment Unique Learning is personalised, flexible, and designed to meet each young person where they are. You’ll deliver sessions through: One?to?one teaching Small group work Larger vocational workshop settings The curriculum encourages learners to explore their interests, build confidence, and develop practical skills that prepare them for future pathways.
