Requirements:

• A relevant qualification in Construction or a related field (minimum Level 3).

• Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent) or willingness to obtain one.

• Commitment to continuous professional development.

Desirable:

• Experience teaching T Levels or similar qualifications.

• Familiarity with current educational technologies and methodologies.
