We are seeking a Multiskills Trainer to deliver high-quality teaching for level 1 construction courses. This position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced educator to contribute to the development of future professionals in the construction industry. The role requires a commitment until the end of the academic year.

• Salary: up to £39k pro rata ( Term time only)

Day-to-day of the role of a Multiskills trainer:

• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to students with SEND Needs.
• Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials that meet curriculum standards.
• Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
• Provide guidance and support to students to enhance their learning experience.
• Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, grades, and progress.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students.

Required Skills & Qualifications for the Plumbing Lecturer role :

• Relevant teaching Strong understanding of City and Guilds qualifications and vocational education frameworks
• Experience in teaching Carpentry, Tiling and Carpentry to level 1
• Strong knowledge City and Guilds awarding body.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire students.
• Commitment to professional development and maintaining high teaching standards.
