Construction Manager – £2.5m CAT B Fit Out, Brighton

We're looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead a £2.5m CAT B fit out project in Brighton.

You'll start by setting up the site and carrying out validations and surveys, before moving into full management of the fit out through to completion in February 2027.

Tickets required:
SMSTS, CSCS, NVQ Level 6, Fire Marshall and First Aid

Essential experience:
Proven track record working across CAT A and CAT B fit out projects

Skills:
Strong IT skills are essential, with the ability to produce weekly progress reports using PowerPoint and other MS packages
Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
