Construction Manager

Overview: On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee construction on HS2 section in Coventry all the way to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and manage construction works, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.

* Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.

* Supervise and guide on-site construction teams.

* Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

* Prepare and present detailed progress reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Proven experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role.

* Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.

* Exceptional project management capabilities.

* Deep understanding of construction processes, equipment, and safety guidelines.
