Construction Manager / Project Manager – Data Centre

North London | £400m Data Centre Project | £90m Civils Package | Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a strong Construction Manager / Project Manager to join a major £400m data centre project in North London, with Phase 1 including a significant £90m civils package.

This is a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground role, suited to someone with a strong civils and enabling works background. We are looking for someone who is heavily involved in the day-to-day delivery of the works, rather than a traditional Project Manager position that is primarily client-facing.

Key Requirements:

Strong civils construction background

*

Experience across enabling works, groundworks and/or infrastructure

*

Proven experience managing subcontractors and site delivery

*

Strong understanding of programme, quality, health & safety and commercial delivery

*

Data centre experience preferred but not essential

*

Strong communication and leadership skills

*

Stable permanent employment history with good tenure is essential
