£52, 000 - £62,000 + 20% Bonus + Car Allowance + Progression + Superb Pension

Are you a Construction Manager, Project Manager or Utilities Project Manager looking for a role where you can take real ownership of multi-utility projects and develop your capabilities across civil, gas, electric, heat and water networks?

On offer is a permanent position with a well-established utilities infrastructure specialist, delivering critical new-build and developer-led projects across the North West, with genuine scope to broaden your technical remit and progress.

Due to ongoing project delivery requirements, they are looking to strengthen their construction delivery team.

In this role you will manage a portfolio of works, owning H&S, programme delivery, productivity and cost control, weekly site cost reporting, BOQs, ordering materials/plant, and coordinating delivery teams and subcontractors.

This role would suit an experienced utilities construction professional looking for a long-term position offering development, job security, variety and responsibility.

The Role:

Project manage a portfolio of multi-utility / infrastructure works across the North West
Own H&S performance, incident investigation and corrective actions
Manage cost control, productivity, weekly reporting, BOQs and ordering materials/plant
Coordinate delivery teams/subcontractors and act as key point of contact for site managersThe Person:

Utility / civil infrastructure project delivery experience (gas, electric, water, heat networks)
Experience of multi utility new housing works
Relevant qualification/authorisation (e.g., Civil Engineering qual, AE (gas), SAP (electric) or NCO3 (water)) or equivalent utilities experience
