Construction Planner – Delay Analysis

UK Main Contracting Build Experience required.

The role:

Dive into Delay Analysis and Claims as part of a leading consultancy:
Develop a solid understanding of delay analysis and claims under the guidance of experience Claims and Dispute Resolution professionals.
Engage in specialized training to elevate your expertise.
Prepare programs for new construction projects on behalf of leading contractors.
Preparation of EOT claims, written reports for use in mediation, adjudication and litigation.
Identify and address challenges proactively to meet project timelines.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in construction planning.
Contribute to refining planning processes within the organization.

Your Profile:

Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Construction Planner with expertise in main contracting build, or specialist sub-contracting.
Proficiency in construction planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in delay analysis and claims.
Recent UK experience is essential for this role.
