Construction Project Manager

We are currently seeking experienced Project Managers, based in London, to join a thriving principal contractor working primarily on façade remediation projects. The ideal candidate will be willing to travel and stay away and will receive a 10% bonus on base salary when working away. With a full order book up until 2027, ranging up to £22?million and spanning stadiums, residential high-rises and commercial blocks, along with a strong base of repeat clients, the successful candidate will support the company's ongoing expansion. Prior experience within fire remediation or with a cladding contractor is expected.

• Overseeing the delivery of high-profile façade and cladding projects.
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
• Nationwide travel on various project sites. Candidates must be willing and able to travel across Southampton, Kent and London.
• When working away, a 10% salary bonus applies, reflecting travel and living away demands.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in façade systems, fire remediation, or cladding projects (Site or Project Management level).
• Strong management skills with proficiency in Microsoft Project (especially for Project Managers).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Technical proficiency and a robust understanding of health & safety regulations.
• Must be located within a practical commuting distance to specified regional sites.
• Willingness to travel-this is essential.
