Construction Project Manager

Construction Project Manager - 12-18 months+ £Inside IR35 - Nottingham (4 days a week on site)
My client are a Global Consultancy who are looking for a Construction Project Manager who have a strong expertise in CDM (Construction, Design and Management Regulations)
The project covers a large number of buildings across the clients' multiple sites (within 1 city), and the management of a single sub-contractor.
Key responsibilities will be aligned to those detailed within HSE documentation and CDM2015, with a particular focus to ensure all key deliverables are met, including:
The management, monitoring and coordination of the all H&S aspects of the project, providing key advice and guidance to the clients project manager and team
liaising with the client to ensure that all relevant information/requirements are supported to allow the client to meet their CDM obligations throughout the life of the project
take account of the health and safety risks to everyone affected by the work (including members of the public), in planning and managing the measures needed to control them
liaise with the client, the client project manager and the sub-contractor for the duration of the project to ensure that all risks are effectively managed
prepare and maintain all key documents, including construction phase plans, RAMS, Health & Safety files etc throughout the life of the project, ensuring they remain fi...
