Job Description:

Position: Permanent Project Manager

Location: Canterbury

Package - 80k-85k plus 7k car allowance and 20% bonus based on company performance.

Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking an experienced project manager with a proven track record of managing residential new build projects.

Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
- Monitor project progress and ensure that deadlines are met
- Communicate project status to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers

Requirements:

- At least 5 years of experience in project management
- Experience managing residential projects
- Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of project management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
