Construction Project Manager client-side

Your new company is a public sector organisation based in Liverpool.
Your new role
Your new role will require you to procure, design and deliver a variety of construction projects from inception to completion. This is an initial fixed-term contract for 6-12 months, with view to going permanent potentially.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a degree qualified candidate for this role, with either a Building Surveying or Construction Project Management background or similar. Candidates who haven't worked either client-side or for a consultancy unfortunately won't be considered.
What you'll get in return
