You will initially take charge of a new £13 million timber-framed residential development in Holyhead, working closely with the contracts manager to oversee the full project lifecycle. This on-site role offers genuine project ownership, with responsibility for ensuring delivery within agreed timescales and budgets.

The Role

• Lead and manage a residential newbuild project from inception to completion
• Ensure project delivery aligns with timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
• Full-time, on-site role: 7:45am - 5:00pm Monday to Thursday, 7:45am - 4:00pm Friday

The Person

• Project Manager within the construction sector, ideally timber framed housing
• Track record of managing projects from start to finish
• Able to commute daily to Holyhead
