Construction Quality Assurance Manager

We are recruiting for a Construction Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to join a respected UK Construction Contractor.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Construction QA Manager who is passionate about delivering projects to the highest standard while advancing their career.

This contractor primarily specialise within the following areas: demolition, earthworks & infrastructure, piling & concrete works, asbestos removal, remediation, and waste management.

They currently have 8 large scale projects across Central London.

The Construction QA Manager will be expected to oversee quality assurance processes and drive quality performance across our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement project quality plans, procedures, and inspection regimes.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct quality audits, inspections, and reviews of construction activities.
Manage non-conformances, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee quality documentation, testing records, and project handover packages.
Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to drive quality performance.
Monitor quality KPIs and promote a right-first-time culture.Requirements:

Proven experience in construction quality management
Strong knowledge of quality systems, inspections, and auditing processes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and construction industry standardsSalary: £70,000 - £80,000 per annum (depending upon experience).
