Construction / Scheduling Administrator

Your new role

Review and ensure all work orders with the correct problem code, site location, contact details and a detailed description of works required, problem and any access issues.Raising of reactive work orders for Engineers
Raising of new work orders for Contract Managers
Allocate all work orders.
Monitoring of inboxes as and when required
Communicate effectively with customers, both internally and externally, for the capture, recording and distribution of service calls
What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience of working in a construction admin role
Scheduling experience
Experience of raising work orders
Excellent telephone manner, with strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrable IT literacy with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Outlook.
Demonstrable accurate data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
What you'll get in return

£13.80 per hour
2 month temporary role with possible extension
Office-based - no hybrid or home working
8am-5pm
