Construction Site Manager

Job Description

Construction Site Manager required to work on high value fit-out project that has a build element to it in North London.
The ideal candidate will have extensive fit-out and build experience and ideally have worked with steel frame structures.
The project is going to be working in a live building where the tenants will stay occupying the building throughout the duration of the project. It is essential that you are diplomatic, friendly and approachable.
You will be required to have Black CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness, Fire Marshall.
Work till Autumn 2025
Rate is dependant upon experience and skills
Project is Monday to Friday but there will be weekends available throughout the duration of the project.
