PQE Level:

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 (Pro Rata) + Bonus (DOE)

A highly regarded Top 100 firm in Birmingham is looking to recruit a talented Construction Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE) to join their respected team on a part-time basis (2 days per week). The Opportunity

You’ll be providing effective legal support to a variety of clients on a broad range of non-contentious construction matters, with a focus on delivering commercially sound, cost-effective solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Drafting and advising on construction contracts and ancillary documents
• Offering practical legal solutions to complex construction law issues
• Supporting other practice areas, including the professional indemnity team
• Getting involved in business development - e.g. writing blogs, running seminars or workshops, and representing the firm at networking events
• Playing an active role in your personal and professional development through tailored responsibilities

Who We’re Looking For

• You’ll be someone who enjoys working closely with clients and building strong commercial relationships, and ideally will bring:
• Experience in non-contentious construction law
• Strong technical and commercial awareness
• The ability to deliver clear, commercially relevant advice under pressure
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• An interest in business development and marketing initiatives
• A collaborative, proactive approach with a desire to support other teams where needed
