This Construction Solicitor role centres on non-contentious work, with an emphasis on high levels of client contact from day one (HNW, UHNW), family offices and luxury brands. A smaller proportion of the Construction Solicitor role will involve contentious matters, allowing for a dynamic practice and rounded legal exposure.

The Construction Solicitor role will include:
- Advising clients on non contentious matters
- Drafting and negotiating bespoke agreements
- Business development initiatives

The successful Construction Solicitor will have:

- 4-6 years' Qualified Construction Solicitor (England & Wales)
- Demonstrable expertise in non-contentious Construction Law
- A sound understanding of standard forms (e.g. JCT, NEC)
