The appointed Construction Solicitor will be given plenty of scope and opportunity to work on a varied caseload of construction related matters. On offer is the support from the local established team alongside the firm’s wider national construction offering which spans the various offices. The work is often high value and complex however you will receive the necessary support and guidance to develop your experience and skills.THE CANDIDATE:Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors / Legal Executives who either have a desire to specialise within construction disputes or experience within construction disputes (newly qualified – 2 years’ experience in dealing with litigation and would welcome the opportunity to specialise in construction disputes are encouraged to apply as training can be provided). Construction Lawyers with at least 2 years PQE in handling their own caseload of construction related matters with a focus on construction disputes are also encouraged to apply.
