Are you a passionate and experienced construction professional? Do you have a knack for teaching or inspiring others? We are recruiting for a leading construction training provider where you can make a significant impact on the next generation of construction experts!

As a Construction Tutor/Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and training to aspiring construction professionals. Delivering the HNC Level 4 qualification.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to apprentices, covering the theoretical and practical aspects of the Level 4 HNC Construction program.
Provide comprehensive instruction on construction principles, techniques, regulations, and best practices, ensuring apprentices have a solid understanding of the subject matter.
Develop and adapt training materials, lesson plans, and assessments to meet the specific needs of apprentices and align with the requirements of the Level 4 HNC qualification.
Utilise a variety of teaching methods, such as lectures, discussions, demonstrations, and hands-on activities, to cater to diverse learning styles and maximise apprentices' comprehension and retention.
Assess apprentices' progress through regular evaluations, tests, and assignments, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help them achieve their learning goals.

You should have either teaching or training experience in the construction sector. Or have extensive experience in the construction industry, with a deep understanding of construction principles, techniques, and best practices together with experience of mentoring or coaching and looking to advance into a training role.

You should have patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed in their construction careers.
