We’re looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Construction Tutor to join our vibrant team at an exciting Independent Specialist Post-16 College in Sittingbourne. We specialise in providing tailored education and training for young people with learning difficulties, and we’re proud to be Kent’s only dedicated college for learners with SEND.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference—both in the lives of our students and in shaping our growing Multi Skills programme, which includes Carpentry, Brickwork, Fabrication & Welding, and Heating & Plumbing.

• A passionate educator who can motivate and support learners with SEND, ASD, and SEMH
• Someone who can design and deliver high-quality, engaging programmes of study
• A hands-on tutor who can demonstrate and supervise practical skills with confidence
• A supportive mentor who can provide both academic and pastoral guidance
• A flexible trainer who can adapt to a range of topics and awarding body requirements
