Job Title: Adobe Journey Optimizer Consultant - Contract or Permanent
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Adobe Journey Optimizer Consultant to join our client's team. As an Adobe Journey Optimizer Consultant, you will be responsible for leveraging the Adobe Experience Cloud platform to design, implement, and optimize personalized customer journeys for our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand client objectives, develop tailored strategies, and execute campaigns that drive meaningful customer engagement and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities: Client Consultation:
Engage with clients to understand their business objectives, customer personas, and desired outcomes. Solution Design:
Utilize the Adobe Journey Optimizer platform to design end-to-end customer journeys that align with client goals and objectives. Campaign Implementation:
Implement and configure Adobe Journey Optimizer campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and automation. Content Strategy:
Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling messaging and content assets tailored to specific customer segments and journey stages. Data Analysis:
Analyse campaign performance and customer data to identify insights, trends, and optimization opportunities. Optimization:
Continuously optimize customer journeys based on performance metrics, A/B testing, and best practices. Technical Expertise:
Serve as a subject-matter expert on the Adobe Experience Cloud platform, providing guidance and support to internal teams and clients. Training and Documentation:
Develop training materials and documentation to educate clients and internal stakeholders on Adobe Journey Optimizer capabilities and best practices.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience working with the Adobe Experience Cloud platform, particularly Adobe Journey Optimizer. Strong understanding of marketing automation, personalization, and customer journey orchestration concepts. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Target experience is a plus. Adobe certification(s) in relevant products is preferred.
