Consultant Litigation Solicitor - Caseload Provided + Guarantee

My client is seeking a Consultant Litigation Solicitor to manage an existing caseload on a fully remote basis. They can offer guaranteed commission whilst you settle in.

The Candidate

• Excellent experience in General Litigation and Dispute Resolution
• Experience in dealing with matters on behalf of commercial and individual clients on a wide range of litigation matters to include, Contested probate, landlord and tenant, breach of contract claims, debt recovery, property disputes, and commercial litigation.
• Minimum 5 + years’ experience in Litigation
• Able to work autonomously on complex legal matters
• Track of record of achieving career goals
• Enthusiasm to engage in networking and business development;
• Clear demonstrable ability and keenness to build and maintain client and referrer relationships;
• Self-motivated team player
• Managerial experience preferred
• Ambition to progress
• Excellent administration and organisational skills;
• Professional but friendly and approachable
