Hours: 28 hours per week
Salary: £109,179 - £125,637 (Pro Rata, DOE)

Are you a passionate Consultant Psychiatrist seeking a fulfilling opportunity to lead in a specialist brain injury rehabilitation service? Join a forward-thinking, multi-disciplinary team that uses a bio-psycho-social approach to help individuals rebuild their lives after brain injury.

• Lead psychiatric care and clinical reviews for patients with acquired brain injury

• Serve as Responsible Clinician under the Mental Health Act

• Guide multi-disciplinary teams through complex case management and goal setting

• Oversee and support junior doctors and clinical staff

• Collaborate with internal and external professionals to deliver holistic, recovery-focused care

• Participate in regional non-residential on-call rota

• MB BS or equivalent medical qualification

• Full GMC registration with a licence to practise

• MRCPsych, Section 12 Approved, and Approved Clinician status

• In good standing with GMC (no restrictions or warnings)

• Proven expertise in psychiatric care, ideally in brain injury or neurorehabilitation

• Strong communication and decision-making skills

• Commitment to interdisciplinary collaboration, clinical quality, and patient outcomes
