Statement of Work (SOW) Consultant

Location: London (3 days office-based: Mon, Tue, Thu)
Salary: £50,000–£80,000 base + commission

Under new leadership, our client a leading mangement recruitment company is entering a major growth phase, moving into new offices, and investing heavily in expanding our capabilities — including Statement of Work (SOW) solutions.

The Opportunity

They are hiring a dynamic SOW Consultant to drive the sale and delivery of project-based recruitment solutions. This is a pivotal role, helping clients navigate IR35 challenges and delivering fully scoped workforce solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Sell and deliver Statement of Work projects to new and existing clients.
• Develop consultative solutions packaging teams of contractors around defined deliverables.
• Build long-term relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Drive revenue growth through innovative project-based staffing models.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience selling SOW, RPO, or project-based recruitment services.
• Strong UK market network within transformation, technology, or financial services.
• Consultative sales approach with a track record of solution selling.
• Business development focused, entrepreneurial mindset.
