About the Role
The Consulting Manager will guide and oversee the seamless implementation of Invent Analytics solutions for clients. The successful candidate will excel at delivering projects on time and on-budget while fostering high-performing teams.

What You Will Do
Ensure project delivery adhering to company standards.
Lead and nurture a high-performing consulting team.
Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new opportunities.
Oversee project management to meet quality, time, and budget goals.
Provide leadership and expert insights to add value to both internal and external clients.
Engage with stakeholders to support product solution design and implementation.
Monitor, guide, and improve team performance.
Participate in talent recruitment and professional development initiatives.

Qualifications:
7+ years in consultancy with leadership roles.
5+ years in Retail/Planning/Merchandising project or business experience required.
BS/MS in industrial engineering or related.
Expertise in project management, team leadership, and client collaboration.
Experience in SQL, R or Python, is a plus.

Performance Metrics:
6 months: Understand company standards, products, and client needs. Start guiding the
team independently, offering technical direction.
12 months: Lead all project deliveries, establish staff excellence programs, and foster
innovation.

What We Offer

Work laptop will be provided
Phone is included with £100 / monthly telecom allowance. (Device type subject to approval)
Working from home
Notice period is 2 weeks.

Vacation plan:
PTO limit is 28 Days per year as required by law including bank holidays with max 1-week
carry from year to year.
