Your Responsibilities: You independently manage end-to-end project executions and lead a team of consultants who conduct structured analyses and primary research to gain new insights.

You serve as a point of contact for clients and identify opportunities for client relationship building and development.

You foster a high-performance culture within the team by overseeing the day-to-day execution of client projects and guiding the individual development of junior colleagues.

You lead workshops with various target audiences and present the most practical way to achieve lasting results based on your insights at team and client meetings.

You work in complex, highly dynamic contexts as a project manager and also provide operational support by structuring analyses.

You support the growth of the business through the development of both commercial leads and intellectual capital.

With the entire 3 HORIZONS team, you actively contribute your own ideas to the development of the company, participating in the advancement of our technologies, methods, and consulting approaches.

Qualifications: 5+ years of professional experience in business management or in a top management consulting firm or similar.

Master's degree with an outstanding academic record (technical background is an advantage); an advanced degree or MBA is preferred.

Proven track record of high performance and significant achievements in your previous roles.

Demonstrated ability to successfully influence partners and executives.

Mindset & Characteristics: Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated leadership skills in a team environment.

Customer-oriented, strong interpersonal skills to independently manage clients and teams.

Initiative-taker, willing to explore new paths and create opportunities for others.

Entrepreneurial mindset, knowledge, and application of Lean Testing, disciplined experimentation, etc.

Availability for international travel.

Desirable: Knowledge of French and/or Italian and/or German is advantageous.
