Must have’s

* Experience within commercial insurance

* Knowledge of core insurance products including liability, property and cyber

* Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

* Ability to review client requirements and recommend suitable cover

* Good organisation and time management skills

* Confident communication skills

Nice to have’s

* CII qualifications or working towards them

* Experience using Acturis

* Familiarity with CRM systems

So, what will you be doing?

* Supporting clients with their insurance requirements from enquiry through to renewal

* Reviewing existing insurance arrangements and identifying areas for improvement

* Working with insurers to obtain suitable terms and cover

* Providing advice and guidance on insurance products

* Building and maintaining strong client relationships

* Delivering a high standard of customer service

* Assisting with policy administration and documentation

* Working closely with colleagues across the business
