?? About the Role:
As a Credit Controller, you will report directly to the Finance Manager and play a crucial role in managing consumer accounts in arrears. Your responsibilities will include:

• ?? Proactively contacting customers in arrears via phone, email, or letter to recover missed payments on loans.
• ?? Negotiating and managing payment plans for customers unable to clear their arrears.
• ?? Establishing repayment agreements with debt collection agencies and overseeing the recovery process.
• ?? Referring unpaid debts to legal advisory services as needed.
• ?? Preparing monthly debt reports for stakeholders and maintaining accurate records.
• ? Collaborating with the Customer Success Manager to enhance the credit-check system.
• ?? Resolving any debt-related complaints with professionalism and care.
