Consumer Insight Specialist

As a Consumer Insight Specialist, you'll be at the heart of understanding customer behaviours and preferences and then collating this insight into a story to deliver to the marketing and sales teams. Based in Hampshire, 3 days per week with 2 days at home; this is a key role in supporting the marketing team by providing valuable insights that help shape strategies and drive decisions.

Description

The successful Consumer Insight Specialist will;

Analyse customer data to uncover trends, behaviours and preferences. You will then develop this insight into stories to present to the wider team.
Collaborate with the marketing team to inform campaign strategies and objectives.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide context and recommendations.
Work closely with agencies to ensure alignment in research and data-gathering efforts; commissioning consumer research.
Support the development of customer segmentation models.
Ensure data accuracy and maintain comprehensive records of findings.Profile

A successful Consumer Insight Specialist should have:

Experience in data analysis and interpreting consumer behaviour. Excellence in storytelling and bringing data to life.
Strong knowledge of tools and software for data analysis and visualisation.
Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly and effectively.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
