Description

As a Contact Centre Advisor you will be handling a high volume of incoming calls assisting with a range of queries from customers in relation to their automotive services.

You will be working in a busy environment ensuring each call is handled to the highest standard and towards service level agreements.

The role will also be liaising with customers over email, social media platforms and livechat.

Profile

Previous contact centre/customer service experience

Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner

Able to work under pressure in a high volume environment

Good attention to detail and organisation skills

An excellent team player
