?? Permanent | Monday to Friday | 9:00AM – 5:15PM

?? Salary: £24,500

?? Weekend work: 1 in every 4 weekends with day off in lieu

As a Contact Centre Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers—handling queries across multiple channels and ensuring every interaction is handled with care and professionalism. You’ll be part of a friendly team of around 20 advisors, and receive two weeks of comprehensive training to get you up to speed with our systems and services.

• A confident communicator with a natural ability to listen and engage
• Previous customer service experience (contact centre or similar)
• Organised, curious, and ready to learn
