Dutch-speaking Contact Centre Agent

Location: Dover

Salary: £33,003.38 per annum

Permanent - full-time, 37.5 hours per week

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a driven and customer-focused Dutch-speaking Contact Centre Agent to join a busy sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, target-led environment.

Key responsibilities

* Generate revenue through selling services across multiple route networks

* Upsell key products including lounges, cabins, meals and priority services

* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails

* Manage bookings, amendments and cancellations in line with policies

* Resolve customer queries at the first point of contact

* Contact customers regarding service disruptions and rebook as needed

* Ensure accurate data capture to maximise capacity utilisation

* Meet sales, quality and KPI targets

* Maintain excellent product knowledge at all times

* Support reception duties and internal administration when required

What we’re looking for

* Fluent Dutch and English (essential)

* Strong sales and customer service skills

* Excellent verbal and written communication

* Confident, proactive and target-driven

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

* IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office

* Flexible approach to shift work, including weekends and bank holidays

Desirable

* Contact centre or travel industry experience

* Additional European language

* Previous sales background
