Job Description - Contact Centre Agent - Complaints

Join Our Complaints Handling Team - Make a Real Difference Every Day!

Start Date: Monday 14th July 2025
Salary: £24,570 per year + Performance Bonus
Option to flex up to 40 hours/week after training - earn up to £26,268!
Location: Office-based for 12 weeks, then hybrid (3 days office, 2 days from home)
Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, between 8am - 6pm

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Speak with customers about their complaints, listen with empathy, and guide them toward a fair resolution.
  • Investigate issues thoroughly, take responsibility, and follow through to ensure every customer feels heard and valued.
  • Work closely with internal teams and keep customers updated every step of the way.
  • Learn from every case and help us improve how we do things.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in a complaints or customer service role (contact centre experience is a big plus!)
  • Confident communicator with great listening and negotiation skills
  • Resilient, positive, and solution-focused
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and working in a fast-paced environment
