Build new business for an established contact centre
An established Bristol-based contact centre with 30+ years' experience and a predominantly work-from-home workforce is looking for an experienced Contact Centre Business Development Specialist / Business Development Manager to help win new clients and campaigns. The business has capacity for 80-100 agents and delivers B2B, B2C and charity campaigns.
This is a business development role - the Contact Centre Business Development Specialist / Business Development Manager will be responsible for winning new campaigns, not working on them.
We are looking for someone with proven experience of winning outsourced contact centre, BPO, telesales, lead generation or similar business. The Contact Centre Business Development Specialist / Business Development Manager will be expected to self-generate opportunities, research potential clients, identify decision-makers, generate leads, arrange and attend B2B appointments and convert opportunities into new campaigns.
The Contact Centre Business Development Specialist / Business Development Manager could be an experienced contact centre Business Development Manager, or someone who has run a contact centre or outsourced telesales operation and has a strong track record of bringing in new clients.

We offer

£20-£28 per hour, depending on experience

This Contact Centre Business Development Specialist / Business Development Manager position will most likely be work from home, unless you are Bristol based. Initially you will be required to work using your own machine during the probation period.
The role will be £20-28ph, paid hourly on a temp to perm basis
