Contact Centre Customer Service Representative
Insurance: Pensions & Life

Location: Office-Based in Norwich
Full Time (40hr), Permanent

Salary: £25,400 + Benefits

Are you ready to dive into the world of life and pension policies and deliver top-notch service that puts customers first? We're looking for energetic and empathetic individuals to join our client's Norwich contact centre team. In this role, you'll handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and written requests, aiming to resolve matters first time and in the right way.

Your Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries related to life and pension policies via phone, email, and written correspondence, always striving for first-contact resolution.
  • ????Take ownership of each interaction, ensuring every customer feels listened to and supported.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation while providing clear information and advice.
  • ???????Collaborate with your team to continuously improve service standards and meet performance goals.

What are we looking for?

  • Calm, customer-focused attitude - even when it gets busy
  • Attention to detail and commitment to getting things right first time
  • Comfortable with computers and keen to learn new systems and processes
  • Team player who welcomes feedback and strives for continuous improvement
  • Desirable: Previous experience in the life and pensions sector is a plus, especially if you've confidently discussed these policies with customers. Ownership and empathy are important, making sure every customer feels heard.
