Job Description - Content & Digital Operations Coordinator (12m FTC)
Are you highly organised, collaborative and great at keeping fast‑moving teams aligned? We’re looking for a Content & Digital Operations Coordinator to help us deliver brilliant commercial campaigns across our multi‑brand media portfolio.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our digital and print commercial activity is delivered efficiently, accurately and on time. You’ll connect teams across Sales, Content, Creative, Ad Operations and Production, making sure every campaign is fully briefed, delivery‑ready and set up for success.

What you’ll be doing
Coordinating end‑to‑end delivery of digital and print commercial campaigns.
Checking campaign briefs, assets and requirements to ensure everything is delivery‑ready.
Managing workflows, tracking progress and keeping ticketing systems accurate and up to date.
Acting as the central link between Sales, Editorial, Creative, Ad Ops, Production and Page Planning.
Communicating timelines, risks and updates clearly across teams.
Supporting data accuracy for campaign performance and revenue reporting.
Spotting inefficiencies and contributing to improved operational processes.
What you’ll bring
Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
A proactive mindset with a focus on accuracy, detail and continual improvement.
Experience working in fast‑paced environments with multiple teams.
Confidence using workflow tools, shared inboxes or ticketing systems.
Familiarity with digital advertising, content production or media operations (advantageous, not essential).

Print supplements and commercial content projects
Your work will help ensure operational consistency, reduce delivery risk and strengthen campaign performance across our portfolio of brands.

Critical skills:
Content management - Applies established content processes to ensure commercial briefs, assets and deliverables are complete, compliant and delivery-ready. Maintains quality and consistency in line with agreed standards.
Relationship management - Develops and maintains effective working relationships with internal stakeholders to support timely campaign delivery. Resolves routine operational issues and escalates where required.
Stakeholder engagement – Engages stakeholders to ensure alignment on delivery requirements, timelines and priorities. Communicates clearly on progress, risks and dependencies within agreed parameters.
Information management – Maintains accurate and reliable workflow, ticketing and campaign information. Ensures data integrity, visibility of progress and adherence to established information handling standards.
Business process improvement – Identifies inefficiencies in operational workflows and contributes to agreed improvements that enhance delivery accuracy, timeliness and commercial effectiveness.
