Content and Social Media Lead

Location: nr Caistor
Salary: circa £40,000pa

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Content and Social Media Lead to join a growing team within a fast-paced business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a minimum of two years’ experience in social media content creation and digital marketing, ideally gained within a multi-brand environment. The Social Media Content Lead will create and manage content across multiple brands and a growing B2C division.

Responsibilities:

• Publish daily content across a range of social media platforms
• Design and create engaging, brand-aligned content
• Work closely with other areas within the business
• Report on content performance to help improve reach and engagement
• Create content for events, including event coverage and marketing materials
• Support with ad hoc marketing and communication tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Comfortable using marketing tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and entry-level video editing tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro
• Familiar with analytical tools
